Student ID card pickup

Student ID Card Collection
For New Students – 2026 Spring Semester

New students may collect their Student ID cards after completing all required registration procedures, including submission of enrollment documents, payment of tuition and fees, and completion of the health examination.

Required Documents

Students must present the following when collecting their Student ID card:
  1. A valid identification document
  2. Proof of receipt from the University Health Center for the health examination, or a health examination receipt issued by Lo-Ho(樂活) or Chi-Hsin(啟新) Clinics
If the Student ID card cannot be collected in person, an authorized representative may collect it on the student’s behalf. In addition to the documents listed above, the representative must also present:
  1. A letter of authorization, and
  2. The original identification document of the authorized representative

  • Heping Campus (Departments/Institutes in Heping Campus I and II):
    Graduate Studies Division
    2nd Floor, Administration Building I, Heping Campus I (Campus Map H101)
  • Gongguan Campus (Departments/Institutes in Gongguan Campus):
    Academic Affairs, Gongguan Campus
    1st Floor, General Building, Gongguan Campus (Campus Map G102)

Important Notes

  1. Student ID cards are produced based on the personal information and photo submitted during new student registration. If reissuance is required due to incorrect information or photo replacement, a reissuance fee of NTD 200 will be charged.
  2. If the uploaded photo does not meet the required specifications and the University is unable to produce the Student ID card, students should contact the staff member in charge of their department/institute by email and submit a compliant photo accordingly. (Please refer to the Student ID Card Replacement Instructions.)
  3. Upon receipt of the Student ID card, students should immediately check the physical condition of the card. If any damage (e.g., bending or cracking) is found, please report it to the Graduate Studies Division immediately for replacement. Failure to report immediately will require the student to bear the reissuance fee for any future replacement.

Replacement of 4K Student ID Cards
For Students Admitted Before Academic Year 111

Starting from Academic Year 112, the University has adopted the 4K Student ID Card. Students whose current Student ID cards no longer provide access to campus facilities may collect a new card by presenting their old Student ID card or the digital ID displayed in the NTNU App at:
  • Graduate Studies Division (for Heping Campus departments/institutes), or
  • Academic Affairs, Gongguan Campus (for Gongguan Campus departments/institutes).
If campus access privileges remain valid, replacement of the Student ID card is not required.
