Transcript Request Application

Grades (Students) / Applying for Transcripts

1.         Apply using the Print Station:
※NTNU currently has 5 "Campus eCard Information Service Stations" (Print Stations) (4 on the main campus, 1 on the Gongguan campus). For the main campus, Print Stations are located by the Office of Academic Affairs service counter on the 1st floor of the Administration Building (Division of Registry corridor), library, and 1st floor common room of Dormitory 1; for the Gongguan campus, the Print Station is located on the 1st floor of the General Assembly Hall. Students can use the "Campus eCard Information Service Stations (Print Stations) located at the General Assembly Hall on the main campus and the Gongguan campus to apply for any academic affairs related certificates (certain certificates require a separate application form and cannot be accessed immediately); currently, Print Stations located at the library and Dormitory 1 can only provide transcript printing functions.
※"Campus eCard Information Service Stations" (Print Stations) operating hours:
(1)   In front of the Division of Registry on the 1st floor of the Administration Building on the main campus (2 stations): Mondays to Fridays 08:00-18:00; 10:00-14:00 on Saturdays for weekends when continuing education courses are in progress; hours during winter and summer breaks will be announced separately.
(2)   Entrance of the General Assembly Hall on the Gongguan campus (1 station): Mondays to Fridays 08:30-17:00.
(3)   Main library (1 station): Based on the opening hours of the library, the station can only provide the function to apply for transcripts in Chinese or English (certain students still need to apply for their transcripts from the Office of Academic Affairs service counter on the first floor during office hours).
(4)   Entrance of Dormitory 1 (1 station): Based on the opening hours of the Dormitory, the station can only provide the function to apply for transcripts in Chinese or English (certain students still need to apply for their transcripts from the Office of Academic Affairs service counter on the first floor during office hours).
2.         Apply at service counters:
(1)   For alumni who graduated before 2009, if an English transcript is required but an English name was never provided before, please go to the service counter located on the 1st floor of the Administration Building (or the Joint Services Office on the Gongguan Campus) and provide the English name, the service counter will assist with the printing of the English transcript.
(2)   For alumni who graduated before 1998 and are applying for their English transcripts for the first time, due to the fact that there were no English transcripts available in the past, they will need to be produced separately; the document will be ready for collection in 3 to 5 business days.
