Personal Data Update

 nAlteration of Name

Please fill in the form [Change of Name and Date of Birth application], and attach either: an original “household registration,” a copy of your “national photo ID card,” or “original diploma” (for graduate students). Submit the completed application form to the Office of Academic Affairs service window on the first floor of the administration building (Main CampusⅠ)  or Joint Services Office of Gongguan Campus.

Students can log onto [Academic System for Students] to self-edit contact info.
 *All NTNU academic information or announcements (included important notices for individual student) will be sent to each student via a school assigned email address provided to each student for official correspondence. If the student chooses to use another email address to receive these important messages from NTNU, please be sure to set email forwarding correctly on the school email system to avoid missing important NTNU announcements or instructor/staff correspondence.
