BESTEP

The Foreign Language Education Division of the Common Core Education Committee at NTNU will conduct the "BEST Test of English Proficiency Test" (BESTEP) in October.19th, 20th 2024 (Sat. and Sun.) and November. 23rd 2024 (Sat.).
This test aims to evaluate the English language proficiency of students and provide feedback on their English learning progress. It also helps students understand their English proficiency before taking EMI (English as a Medium of Instruction) courses.
The test includes listening, reading, speaking, and writing; all registration and testing are free!
Features of the Test: This is the first proficiency test for English for Academic Purposes (EAP) developed specifically for students in Taiwan. It assesses general academic English and communication skills in related learning contexts and aligns with the CEFR international language proficiency framework.

- Registration Period: August 26th, 2024 (Mon.) to September 13, 2024 (Fri.) 23:59

- Listening & Reading: November 23, 2024 (Sat.)
- Detailed times will sent the notification to the email address filled in during registration seven days before the test
