Important Information
Purpose of the Evaluation
This evaluation is conducted anonymously to reflect students’ learning experiences and help instructors understand students’ needs, thereby enhancing teaching quality and promoting interaction between instructors and students.
Use of Evaluation Results
- Midterm evaluation results are provided only to instructors for immediate reference to students’ opinions and for teaching adjustments. They are not included in the final evaluation statistics.
- For courses with fewer than five respondents in the final evaluation, the results are provided for instructional reference only and are not included in department-level statistical data.
Protection of Student and Faculty Rights
- Students may access their grades before the grade submission deadline only after completing the final course evaluation.
- Instructors may view the course evaluation results only after submitting course grades.
Evaluation Response Rate and Course Allocation
The student response rate for the final course evaluation will be used as a basis for determining the priority order for course allocation in the following semester.
