Application for Study Extension
※NTNU University Regulations Article 15
►Eligibility：
1. For study extension due to taking minor courses, double major, credit-based programs, specialization courses or professional education courses of the pre-service teacher education within the specified term of study, overseas interns, each period of extension is restricted to one semester.
2. For pregnancy, childbirth, and providing childcare for children under three years of age. (documents of proof must be attached.)
3. Due to physical/mental conditions and learning needs. (disabled students who fulfill the criteria as stated in the University Regulations)

4.Undergraduate students who have not yet met the requirements for graduation from their major department, have been approved to overseas exchange or to study dual degrees, and also meet the requirements for deferred graduation, will be automatically deferred and exempted from completing this form.
