Topic 1: New Undergraduate Merit Scholarship

  • Who is eligible for New Undergraduate Merit Scholarship?

    Applicants must have accomplished one of the following achievements to be eligible for the scholarship:
    1) admitted students who have achieved a total score of 60 of any four subjects in the GSAT and have listed NTNU as their first choice;
    2) admitted students who have won bronze medals or better prizes in the International Science Olympiads (ISOs) or other internationally recognized contests equivalent to the ISOs;
    3) admitted students who have won the fourth prize or better prizes in the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF).

    It’s up to $500,000 NTD

  •  How and when can I apply for the New Undergraduate Merit Scholarship?

    The scholarship application should take place before the enrollment of new students.
    Each department should submit the letters of recommendation and relevant materials of the students to the Division of Strategic Planning under the Office of Academic Affairs by August 31 of the academic year in which students are about to enroll.
