【Announcement】Suspension of Student ID Card Functions for New Students Who Have Not Completed the Required Health Examination (Academic Year 2026–2027)

In accordance with Article 8 of the School Health Act, which requires schools to conduct student health examinations and establish student health management systems, the Office of Academic Affairs will coordinate with the NTNU Health Center to suspend student ID card functions for new students who have not fulfilled the health examination requirements, effective October 16, 2026.

Students who have not yet submitted their health examination reports are requested to submit them to the NTNU Health Center as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to their student ID card functions.

Students whose student ID card functions have already been suspended may bring a receipt issued by CH Clinic, LOHAS Clinic, or the NTNU Health Center to the Registry Division or the Academic Affairs Division, Gongguan Branch, to have their student ID card functions reactivated.

For further details, please refer to the NTNU Health Center Announcement.

For any inquiries, please contact Nurse Liu at the NTNU Health Center at 02-7749-3107.
