🎓 General English Related Application Forms

🔄 1. General English (I) & (II) Course Transfer Application

📌 Eligible applicants​​​​​​: Students may apply within the first two weeks of the semester based on their level, with instructor approval. (Limited to ONE transfer to a different level; requesting specific instructors is not permitted.)

📋 Application Procedure:

1. Obtain signed approval from your current course instructor.

2. Drop the original English (I)/(II) course in the Academic Affairs System.

3. Submit the online application form. Check the Academic Affairs System 2–3 days after submission to confirm success.

⏰ Application Period: September 7, 2026 to September 18, 2026, by 17:00

⚠️ 2. General English (I) & (II) Retake / Special Circumstances Application

📌 Eligible applicants​​​​​: Retaking students, accidentally dropped courses, transfer students, freshmen who did not take General English (I)/(II), or other special circumstances.

📋 Application Procedure:

1. Complete the online application form (Check the Academic Affairs System 2–3 days after submission to confirm).

⏰ Application Period: August 31, 2026 to September 18, 2026, by 17:00

📄 3. NTNU Student Report Form (English II & III Concurrent Retake)

📌 Eligible applicants​​​​​​: Seniors (or above) taking English (II) and English (III) concurrently. (Authorization codes are restricted to seniors, 5th-year students, or approved early graduates.)

⏰ Hard-copy Submission Period: 2nd Semester: February 15, 2027 to March 5, 2027, by 17:00

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Starting from the 2025 academic year, applications are accepted ONLINE ONLY; hard-copy submissions will not be processed (except for the Student Report Form).

• If you have any questions regarding forms or courses, please contact FLED before the deadline (17:00): 02-7749-1117. Late applications will not be processed.
