Transcript Request Application

Grades (Students) / Transcript Application
1.Apply using the E-card Kiosks:
NTNU currently has 5 "Campus E-card Kiosks" (4 on the main campus, 1 on Gongguan campus). For the main campus, E-card Kiosks are located on the Office of Academic Affairs, 1st floor service counter in the Administration Building (Registrar’s Office corridor), the main library, and 1st floor lounge of Dormitory 1; for Gongguan campus, the E-card Kiosk is located on the 1st floor of the General Hall. Students can use the E-card Kiosks located on the main campus and Gongguan campus to apply for various academic affairs certificates (certain certificates require additional verification or documentation, and cannot be collected immediately); currently, E-card Kiosks located at the main library and Dormitory 1 can only print transcripts.
"Campus E-card Kiosks" operating hours:
  1. In front of Registrar’s Office on the 1st floor of the Administration Building on the main campus (2 kiosks): Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00; 10:00-14:00 on Saturdays for weekends when continuing education courses are in progress; hours during winter and summer breaks will be announced separately.
  2. Entrance of the General Hall on Gongguan campus (1 kiosk): Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00.
  3. Main library (1 kiosk): Based on the opening hours of the library, the kiosk can only prints transcripts in Chinese or English (certain graduates may need to apply for their transcripts at the Office of Academic Affairs,  1st floor service counter during office hours).
  4. Entrance of Dormitory 1 (1 kiosk): Based on the opening hours of the Dormitory, the kiosk can only prints transcripts in Chinese or English (certain graduates may need to apply for their transcripts at the Office of Academic Affairs, 1st floor service counter during office hours).
2.Apply at service counters
  1. For alumni who graduated before 2009, if an English transcript is required but an English name was never provided before, please go to the Office of Academic Affairs, 1st floor service counter in the Administration Building (or the Joint Services Office on Gongguan Campus) and provide the English name, the service counter will assist with printing English transcript.
  2. For alumni who graduated before 1998 and are applying for their English transcripts for the first time, due to the fact that there were no English transcripts available in the past, they will need to be produced separately; the document will be ready for collection in 3 to 5 business days.
